Who we are

WellConnected (wellconnected.app), operated by [owner / company name, address, contact email].

What we collect

Account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), timezone and settings. Your contacts and notes: whatever you add (pasted text, documents, card photos, vCards, links) and the profiles built from it. Usage: a log of AI requests (feature, model, token counts, cost), with no message content.

How we use it

To run the service for you: reading what you add into contacts, suggesting matches and introductions, and writing drafts you send yourself. The app never sends messages to your contacts.

AI processing

Text and images you add, and contact profiles, are sent to OpenAI to extract details, score matches and write drafts. Contacts' email addresses, phone numbers and web addresses are removed before drafting. [State OpenAI's role and its data-retention terms.]

Other services

Brevo sends system email only (password resets). [List any others, e.g. hosting provider.]

Your contacts' information

Each network is private to the account that created it; other users never see it. Websites are only read for contacts you allow, and only the homepage and about page. [Explain the lawful basis for holding contacts' details.]

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies. [Confirm before launch.]

Keeping and deleting data

You can export your contacts (CSV or vCard) and delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion removes your contacts, inputs, uploaded files, matches, introductions and drafts. AI cost records are kept without your name. [State any backup retention period.]
